One of the Club's current stars, Mark Christie smashed his personal best time for 3,000m by nearly 8 seconds when he won the ASICS Gouden Spike, in Leiden, Holland in 7:50.23 on Saturday 13th June to take his career to a new level and his time saw him finish comfortably clear of the rest of the field.

This is a real step change for Mark and augers well for the rest of the season.
