An entry of 5,000 is small by some standards, such as the incredible 27,000 that Justin Murtagh ran with in the Asics British 10km London Run on Sunday 12th July. That’s not a crowd you’d want to get stuck behind!

No problem for Justin though, as he finished in a terrific 60th place and doubtless was quite unaware of the sea of humanity he was leaving in his wake.
