Competing in the 5,000m at the Flander's Cup in Atletiek
Vlaanderen, Brasschaat (Belgium) on Sunday 26th July, Mark Christie
finished in 13:42.28 to improve his personal best time that he had set two years ago, by a huge ten
seconds.
This is Mark's second big PB this year, having run 7:50.23 for 3,000m at the ASICS
Gouden Spike meeting in Holland on 13th June, and shows that he is coming into terrific form in perfect time for the
AAI National Senior T&F Championships on 1st/2nd August, where he is entered in the 1,500m.
